If you recently upgraded your SainSmart Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 Benchtop CNC router using the 6060 extension kit then you most likely are searching for a new spoil board.
I wanted to maximize my options for all of the projects that I have in mind so I decided to task myself with designing a system that would meet my needs using readily available materials.
So let me introduce you to my solution, the SainSmart 6060 XXL Spoil Board 78mm System.
It features a base board which mounts directly to the front and rear rails using pre-exisiting holes. Threaded M6 holes to attach the spoil board. A spoil board with M6 threaded holes and bench dog holes which you can use with your favorite clamps or bump stops. Each hole type is 78mm on center in both the X and Y axis so you can freely rotate your clamps or jigs to meet your needs. An XY bracket design is also included which mates up to the hole pattern so your can reference your work anywhere on the bed.

Bill of materials used to create the final assembly
SVG's of the base board, spoil board and XY bracket
Carbide Create files already setup with basic bits, speeds and feeds for each of the components clearly labeled and referenced in the step by step guide
This project makes the assumption that you have basic operational knowledge of your CNC, how to work with Carbide Create or SVG files and how to generate the final GCODE for each step in the guide.
